Cross OEM abstraction: one SDK and one certification layer across heterogeneousfleets, different sensors, compute and connectivity, unified for the first time.2. Certified measurement: a moving machine becomes an auditable media channel, withimpressions, dwell, attribution and fraud resistance computed at the edge.3. Real time serving on mobile nodes: content decisioning under intermittent connectivityand hard latency budgets, with the safety critical loop sealed.4. Offline first reconciliation: fleets that meter, log and settle every impression against acentral ledger, even offline.5. Fleet orchestration at scale: OTA, versioning, telemetry and policy across thousands ofdevices run by independent operators.6. Privacy by architecture: anonymous by design, compliant in the EU and the US from thefirst line of code.If that list keeps you up at night, keep reading.Proof it works: the first pilot ran live in Rome, with certified impressions delivered andmeasured in the real world.The role: Founding CTO. You design the architecture, write the code and make thefoundational stack decisions. Then you hire and lead the engineering organization youdesigned.What we require:You have taken a hard system from prototype to production and run it at scale.You have shipped software on hardware owned and operated by others: fleets, vehicles,devices.You write code today and make the architecture calls yourself.Deep knowledge in at least two of: edge computing, embedded Linux, real-time serving, fleetorchestration and OTA, on-device perception, distributed data systems, privacyengineering.You have designed APIs or SDKs that other teams built on.You have hired and led engineers, and you want to build a team from zero again.San Francisco Bay Area, full time.Compensation: Equity only until first institutional raise.
