Founding CTO/CPTO — Autonomous Drug-Development Engine (Pre-Seed, Stealth)

We're a pre-seed, stealth-mode startup building an autonomous engine that runs core parts of the drug-development work biotechs currently pay $80B+/year to outside consultants for.This isn't an idea-stage pitch:- 2 enterprise paid pilots signed and in production- Angel round nearly fully committedThat's real market validation, not a finished product. What's missing is a leader who owns both product and technology — someone who can look at what exists, decide what to keep, what to rebuild from scratch, and what to design new, then build the architecture and the team to scale it.This is a hands-on software engineering and product leadership role. Who we're looking for:- Has personally architected and scaled a production-grade SaaS system before (not a demo, not an internal tool) — ideally B2B, ideally 0-to-1- Still writes and reviews code — this is a builder's seat, not a figurehead title- Has an entrepreneurial mindset and has operated with real ambiguity before- Wants real ownership — significant equity, not a token grant- Wants a production problem with paying customers already in it, not a lab demo- Can move at speed with a team that already has traction and capital lined upCompensation: Salary + significant equity (structured for outsized upside, not a large cash package)We're staying under the radar for now — company and product details are shared after an initial conversation.Interested?
