They have a working MVP and just signed their first customer, and are already live with early design partners in critical infrastructure environments.We're hiring Founding Engineers to join the core team and build from the ground up alongside the CTO. These are true founding roles - meaningful equity, direct ownership of technical direction, and a seat at the table from day one.The PlatformWe're building an AI-native converged security operations platform that unifies cyber intelligence, physical systems, operational workflows, and AI automation into a single operating layer deployable across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped infrastructure. Think critical infrastructure, regulated industrial environments, and high-security facilities.Founding Engineer, AI/ML & Computer Vision You'll own the intelligence layer - video analytics at the edge, the AI copilot used by security analysts, and voice/speech pipelines for field operations.This means YOLO-family detection and behavior recognition, LPR, sub-500ms edge inference on NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, a RAG-powered copilot with pgvector/Qdrant, and STT/TTS workflows that convert unstructured voice into structured operational incidents.
