You'll help shape technical strategy while building systems that solve complex, real-world problems at scale.ResponsibilitiesDesign and build production-grade software systemsLead backend and infrastructure development (Go, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD)Contribute across the stack when required (React, TypeScript)Work closely with customers to rapidly iterate and deliver valueHelp define engineering standards, processes, and long-term technical directionRequirementsStrong backend engineering and cloud infrastructure experienceExperience with Go (Golang) is preferred, although candidates with expertise in other backend languages will also be consideredExperience designing scalable, reliable distributed systemsAbility to make sound technical decisions in fast-moving environmentsComfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownershipInterest in AI-driven products and emerging technologiesLeadership potential with a desire to help build and mentor future teamsExperience as a Founding Engineer, early-stage startup engineer, or founder is highly desirableBonus PointsExperience building AI or machine learning productsStartup or early-stage company experienceExperience working in complex or highly regulated environments
