They’ve already achieved significant traction and are now looking for someone who can help build the systems to take things to the next level.This is not your typical software engineering role. You’ll be working on real business problems, using AI and software to automate processes that are still heavily reliant on people and outdated systems.They’re looking for someone with experience in:Building and deploying AI agents in production, beyond proof of concepts.Python, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and event-driven systems.Integrating with ERPs, warehouse systems, APIs and other operational tools.Automating real workflows across orders, inventory, purchasing and fulfilment.Taking ownership, making decisions and getting things built in an environment where there isn’t always a clear playbook.You’ll be joining the founding team, working directly on the technology and having a genuine say in how the business develops.Up to £200k + equityLondonThey want someone who enjoys solving difficult problems, understands how businesses operate and is happy getting stuck into the detail rather than just building from a desk.Please get in contact.
