About the opportunityWe are looking for a hands-on lead developer / founding engineer to help build a new AI-powered PR and communications venture created as a joint venture between Foundermatcha and brazil™, a long-established PR, social media and content agency.This is currently an equity-only opportunity, with meaningful equity for the right person and a clear path to grow into a CTO / technical co-founder role if the collaboration works.The right candidate will not just write code. Our community includes founders, engineers and technical co-founder candidates across different industries and stages.Even if this specific opportunity is not the right fit, strong applicants may be invited into the broader Foundermatcha candidate pool and considered for other founder-led opportunities.What you’ll buildYou will help turn concept into a working MVP by adapting and extending an existing AI/conversational technology stack.The first version will likely involve:Conversational onboarding for startup foundersAI-assisted extraction of a company’s story, positioning, audience and goalsPR/content workflow generationFounder-facing outputs such as press angles, founder story drafts, media briefs, campaign ideas and content promptsAdmin tooling for reviewing, editing and improving AI-generated outputsIntegration with existing Foundermatcha infrastructure where usefulA product path that can eventually become its own standalone platformThis is a build-fast, test-fast, learn-fast environment. We are not looking for someone who needs a perfect spec before starting. We are looking for someone who can work with ambiguity and turn a product vision into something real.What we are looking forWe are looking for someone who is:Located in London and able to meet with the team in-person at least once a week.A hands-on builder, not just a managerStrong enough technically to lead early architecture decisionsComfortable working across frontend, backend and AI workflow logicInterested in AI agents, conversational interfaces and LLM-based productsAble to work with an existing codebase rather than starting from scratchEntrepreneurial, independent and commercially awareComfortable with an equity-only arrangement at this stageYou do not need to be perfect across every part of the stack, but you should be strong enough to take ownership, learn quickly, and make sensible technical decisions.Particularly useful experienceStrong candidates may have experience with:Flutter / Dart mobile developmentFirebase / FirestorePython backendsFlask, SocketIO or WebSocket-based systemsOpenAI APIs, realtime voice, agents or LangGraphBuilding MVPs in early-stage startupsAI products, content tools, workflow automation or SaaSWorking directly with non-technical or semi-technical foundersTurning vague product ideas into usable product flowsThe dealThis is currently an equity-only opportunity.We are not pretending otherwise.
