Headquartered in Dublin.Role DescriptionThe short version: Sparkwood is live, enterprises are paying, and I'm looking for the engineer who will build this platform with their own hands — and grow into its CTO.Founding engineer — the first full-time technical hire, on the CTO track. You own the build: the AI companion, the enterprise pipelines, the product end to end. You work directly with me, and the technical direction becomes yours as the company grows around you. Dublin / Ireland based.The stack is AI-native from the ground up: LLM orchestration, a React front end, Microsoft cloud underneath, and the world's largest skills dataset to build on. Nothing legacy to maintain.Who you might beYou've just finished a strong degree or master's — or you're a few years in and itching to build something of your own.
