You'd rather ship something in 3 days than discuss it for 3 weeks.Someone who can independently take products from idea to deployment.Can build for web and mobile (or is confident in figuring out what they don't know).Is genuinely excited about, stays highly updated and has built products using AI, LLMs, agents, and automation.Thinks like a founder, not just an engineer.Loves ownership, ambiguity, and figuring things out.Bachelors from tier-1 colleges - IIT/BITS/IIITBonus: Experience building AI agents, agentic AI systems which are being used on production and at scale would be a big plusBonus: ex-founders, ex-founding engineer at funded startupsWhat will you actually do?Pretty much everything tech.Build our website, mobile app, and customer-facing experiences.Build AI agents and automate workflows across marketing, operations, customer experience, and more.Experiment with new AI tools, ship quickly, break things, fix things.Own the entire tech stack, from writing code to deploying products.Eventually help build the tech team as we scale.Why this should be exciting?Because you will one of the first few engineers in India who will build a real-life case study on building brands in the age of AI.You'll get to experiment with technology across the entire business, not just a product; and you get to see the impact your work is bringing.If you have that entrepreneurial itch, this could be one of the most interesting ways to scratch it.It's the perfect opportunity if you are looking for a role that could be a stepping stone before building your own startupImportant DisclaimerThis might come with a pay cut.
