Founding Flutter Engineer

That is a hard engineering problem before it is anything else.One Flutter codebase across mobile and desktop, built to feel instant even when a lot is happening behind it. You own it end to end, alongside the engineer already on the client.You are a fit only if:You have shipped real Flutter apps to the App Store and Play Store that you can link us to. Not tutorials, not side projects that never went live.You are deep in Dart and in a real state-management approach (Riverpod, Bloc, or equivalent), and you profile and fix performance rather than hoping it is fine.You have written native platform-channel code, real Swift or Kotlin, to bridge a capability Flutter did not give you out of the box.You build for the real world: offline, flaky networks, low-end devices, and it still feels fast.Bonus: Flutter desktop (Windows and macOS), on-device ML or voice, and a real eye for motion and polish.How we work. Engineering is horizontal on purpose. You work directly with the founder, everyone owns something real, and there are no layers between you and the decisions. This is for someone who has built inside a startup before and wants that again as an owner, not an employee.If you are a senior or lead front-end engineer and what you want is to own the whole client rather than a slice of someone else's, this is for you. If you want a narrow ticket-taking seat on a large team, this is not.The honest part. This is a founding role, equity-led with a partial salary for the founding team that steps up as our funding closes and moves to full market salary at the raise. We are direct about the full structure early, not after your time is spent. If you want a salary-first role with a big team around you, that is fair, and this is not it.Dubai-based, or ready to relocate quickly.
