About Oral ConnectOral Connect is an AI-powered SaaS platform helping dental practices manage patient communication, leads and scheduling. We are building our Colombo GTM & Operations Hub to support our launch and growth in the UK.The roleWork directly with our UK-based founder as the hands-on leader of our Sri Lankan operation. Turn commercial priorities into clear plans, build the local team and take ownership of delivery across product, marketing, sales and customer success.Your responsibilities

• Coordinate four experienced developers, working alongside a Technical Lead who owns technical decisions and engineering quality. Maintain priorities, milestones and launch readiness.
• Recruit, organise and develop the local GTM team across growth marketing, business development, customer success and implementation.
• Execute UK partnership and distributor launches, coordinating demos, onboarding readiness, marketing materials and customer handovers.
• Build practical operating processes, weekly reporting and clear accountability across functions.
• Track pipeline, activation, customer outcomes and delivery progress; identify blockers and resolve them quickly.
• Work alongside Legal & Commercial Counsel on commercial readiness and contracting workflows.What you bring
• Experience independently building or managing a team across multiple business functions in a startup, SaaS or technology business.
• Strong commercial judgement, technical fluency and confidence coordinating software delivery with an engineering lead.
• Hands-on hiring, project management and operational execution experience.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work closely with UK stakeholders.
• Ownership, sound prioritisation and willingness to work at the pace of an early-stage business.This is a full-time, on-site role in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Please include a brief 90-day plan explaining how you would launch and organise Oral Connect’s Sri Lankan operation.
