About the CompanyAPIs for software that doesn't have APIs — Supergood generates and maintains production-grade APIs for enterprise portals that don't offer one. We connect directly to the portal's own backend at the network layer, so our customers get fast, reliable REST endpoints instead of brittle browser automation. We're 4 people, all engineers. You would be the first commercial hire. Our customers are software companies building in antiquated industries: real estate, legal, healthcare, logistics, financial services. Our customers are highly engaged and really love the product.Investors include Shine, SciFi (Max Levchin @ Affirm + Paypal), Mischief (Zach Perret @ Plaid), and Background Capital. The founder / CEO, Alex, does all of the go-to-market today.About the RoleWe have a handful of GTM experiments running, some working better than others. Nobody's job is to keep running them or to invent new ones, so every new opportunity still traces back to Alex personally. Your job is to build the demand engine. Test channels until enough of them work, then scale the ones that do, through automation or by hiring people. If you succeed, we can generate leads reliably without it depending on any one person. This role is intentionally unstructured. There's no playbook to inherit, no required channel mix, and no process waiting for you. 15 Qualified meetings on the calendar every week is the goal. How you get there is your call, and working out the how is most of the job.Things worth tryingBuilding a target list and figuring out how to get a warm intro to everyone on it.Events.Newsletters.Outbound.SEO and AEO.Partnerships with workflow platforms.Product-led signups.Nothing is prescribed and nothing is off the table. The channels that might end up working are the ones you prove out, not necessarily the ones we have running today.QualificationsCreative strategy and execution, both. You come in curious about which customers Supergood should go after and why. You form a real view, then you build the thing that reaches them. Tools and automation mechanics are teachable to anyone with a base level of technical and AI understanding. Creativity paired with the willingness to execute on it isn't.Technical understanding, vibe-coder grade. You build with AI. You understand how APIs and integrations work. You don't need to write production code. You do need to implement your own ideas without waiting on an engineer, and you need to actually do it.AI-native operating. You use agents and LLM tooling to do the work of a team five times your size. This is table stakes. You create structure where there isn't any. You come up with the process, build the process, the tracking, the cadence, and will run through walls to do it.Preferred Skills Good at technical content writing. If that's not you, being organized enough that Alex can fill the gaps works too.Good with customers. Onboarding them without Alex, answering technical questions live.Eventually running qualification calls on your own. You'll be happy here ifYou'd rather be handed a problem than a process. You get more satisfaction from a system that works than from a number that looks good. You want to be early enough that your fingerprints are on how the whole function gets built. You're comfortable being the only person here who does what you do.How we workPlayers over Referees. You build and create rather than critique and analyze.Run Through Walls. Building a company often means doing things that no one has done before. You are gritty and are able to power through difficult problems to get things done.Ownership. We are currently only 4 people, soon to be 5. You instinctively take on problems that you point out or notice.Ship, then iterate. Get something out there first, then iterate on it once it's live.Comp and logisticsCompetitive base and meaningful early-stage equity. No commission, on purpose. We want the right meetings, not the most meetings.Medical, dental, and vision. Daily lunch, coffee, and snacks. Tons of energy drinks and coffee. In our own office in San Francisco, in person five days a week. Office is near the ballpark and Caltrain.Equal Opportunity StatementSupergood is an equal opportunity employer. If selected, Ed will schedule 15 minute intro call followed by an introduction to Alex.Three things to think about before speaking to the team:What you think Supergood sells, and who feels the pain most acutely. Two ICP hypotheses you'd test, and how you'd reach each one. What you'd do in your first 30 days.Equal opportunitySupergood is an equal opportunity employer.
