At WYLE, we are building an AI that runs the parts of your life you should not have to think about, so you get your time and attention back. Not another app. A Personal Operating System for people whose lives are too full to manage by hand. The reason this role exists: nobody has heard of us yet, and nobody has heard of the category either. Between now and launch, content is how strangers find out we exist, understand what we actually do, and decide we are worth trusting. Not ads. Not press. A human on camera explaining something worth understanding. That is the highest-leverage thing this company does right now, and it is the one you would own. This is harder than posting consistently. You are making people understand a product category that does not exist yet, in a register that is quiet and premium rather than loud, and you are doing it as a face they come to recognise. We are premium, intelligent, and built on trust earned rather than assumed. Every frame has to carry that without ever saying it out loud. You would own:The camera. You are the face of WYLE, almost daily. Not comfortable in front of it. Good enough that people stop scrolling and come back for the next one.The content. Concept, script, shoot, edit, publish. Across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X. You decide what we make and you are the one who makes it.The community. Our WhatsApp community and everywhere else our people gather. You are the brand in conversation with the humans it was built for, working alongside our Head of Marketing. The cadence. Volume without the quality dropping. That is a systems problem as much as a creative one, and it is yours to solve. Here is the part most people get wrong about a role like this. It is not a content strategist who briefs a videographer, and it is not a videographer waiting for a brief. You think it, you shoot it, and you are in it. One person, end to end, at real speed. You would be building WYLE's audience first, and because most of what we make is collaborative, your own channel grows alongside it. If you already have a following of your own, that is a plus, not a conflict. What does not work is treating this as a stage for your personal brand with WYLE as the backdrop. How we work. The team is horizontal on purpose. You work directly with the founder and alongside our Head of Marketing, who owns brand and marketing, with no layers between you and the decisions. This is for someone who has built inside a startup before, who knows what the speed and the ambiguity actually feel like, and who wants that again as an owner rather than an employee. If you are a content lead who still makes the work yourself, a video-first creative who owns the whole chain, or a creator who has built a channel with your own hands and now wants to put that into something bigger than your own handle, this is for you. If what you want is a production team and a clean brief, this is not.The honest part. This is a founding role and it is equity-led. You come in with meaningful ownership from the start and a monthly stipend, and full compensation follows as we fund it. We are direct about the entire structure early in the conversation, not after you have invested your time. It is also a startup before launch, which means the ambiguity is real and the work is heavy. We would rather you know that now than find out later.Dubai-based, or ready to relocate quickly. We provide the visa and insurance if necessary. To apply: we read every application by hand, and this role is built so an auto-apply agent cannot do it well. Do not use LinkedIn Easy Apply. Email ceo@wyle.ai, tell us content and community is your domain, and point us at the work that proves it: your own channel where you appear on camera, and one piece you conceived, shot, edited and appeared in yourself. Open with the hardest thing you have ever had to make an audience understand, and how you got them to understand it. If your best proof is something you made last week on your phone, send that. Applications that open with a resume summary or a generic pitch, we pass on. We would rather see the work. This is the start of a conversation between people who care about the same hard problem.
