Founding Partner

I started Bluewater (www.bluewaterip.com.au) in 2025, off the back of my work in plastic pollution at Sea the Future and some early contract and consulting work in renewable energy. With workload increasing, I’m really keen to bring in a second founding partner to work with me to drive and scale impact in green capital programs. I’m looking for someone who is complementary to me in expertise, services, character and perspective, who shares my belief in collaboration, bias to action and passion for driving meaningful, lasting environmental impact. Bluewater is now working across renewable energy, marine reefs, ports, infrastructure and data centres. I expect someone with expertise in circular economy, finance, data science and/or business problem solving would provide the highest combined impact potential. This would be a genuine partnership, with the aim to build the business together and grow a great team around us.
