This is a partnership role for a seasoned hospitality professional who combines deep market relationships with the ability to turn them into lasting business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business development and revenue growth across corporate, government and private clients.Open doors with key decision-makers, venues, hotels and premium suppliers.Build and curate a trusted network of licensed kitchens, service teams and specialist partners.Shape go-to-market strategy, client experience and service standards alongside the Founder & CEO.Represent TEND TREND with the stature and discretion our clients expect.Who You Are10+ years in hospitality, luxury services, private occasions or corporate hospitality in the Kingdom.A strong, active network across Riyadh’s corporate, government and high-net-worth circles.Proven record of winning and growing key accounts.Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable building from the ground up.Fluent in Arabic and English, with a refined understanding of Saudi hospitality culture.What We OfferA true founding partnership with a share of the profits, a leading voice in shaping the company, and the opportunity to build a hospitality house with a lasting mark on how Riyadh hosts.
