Teach East is seeking an ambitious and visionary Founding Principal to lead a new school in Saudi Arabia, from its inception, with an anticipated start date of August 2027.This is an exciting opportunity to establish the school's vision, build a strong leadership team and create a culture of academic excellence from the ground up. The successful candidate will bring proven experience in developing new schools across the GCC, alongside the strategic leadership and educational expertise needed to build a thriving learning community.Requirements

• Essential: Proven experience in establishing and developing new schools within the GCC region.
• A successful track record in senior educational leadership, ideally as a Principal, Headteacher or equivalent.
• Experience in strategic planning, school development, staff recruitment and team building.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development, teaching and learning, and school improvement.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to academic excellence, student wellbeing and safeguarding.
• Relevant teaching qualifications and leadership credentials.
• Experience in an international school environment.
