You will translate real-world customer problems into clear product requirements, prototypes, milestones, and measurable outcomes while helping engineering teams build products that solve genuinely difficult problems.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product execution, from customer discovery and problem definition to product delivery and iterationTranslate customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, PRDs, prototypes, milestones, timelines, and evaluation criteriaEngage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, requirements, and opportunities for product improvementDevelop a strong understanding of CAD workflows, engineering drawings, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and industrial workflowsWork closely with engineering teams to communicate product behavior, edge cases, technical trade-offs, and expected outcomesPrototype product ideas quickly and use customer insights to validate concepts before developmentBreak complex product problems into practical milestones and communicate priorities clearly to engineering teamsReproduce, investigate, and clearly document product issues to support effective debugging and resolutionPartner with engineering, design, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality product releasesDefine product evaluations, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks, including evaluations for AI-powered features or agents where applicableParticipate in sprint planning, reviews, release discussions, QA processes, and product prioritizationImprove processes around product planning, customer feedback, documentation, QA, and release managementIdentify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce ambiguity, and help engineering teams move faster without unnecessary processesContinuously research technical challenges and emerging technologies to understand what is possible and how it can be applied to customer workflowsTake ownership of ambiguous and technically complex problems and drive them toward practical product outcomesWhat Makes You a Great Fit3+ years of experience in product management, product development, or other product-centric rolesProven experience working closely with software engineering teams and successfully shipping software productsExposure to or hands-on experience with CAD, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, 3D workflows, or industrial technologyStrong understanding of user workflows and the ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirementsExcellent ability to prototype ideas quickly, evaluate product quality, and define what a great user experience should look likeStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break complex problems into actionable milestonesComfortable working with highly technical engineering teams and understanding enough technical detail to make informed product decisionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical, business, and customer perspectivesComfortable operating with limited information, ambiguity, and rapidly changing prioritiesStrong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from 0 to 1Experience working in a startup, entrepreneurial environment, or early-stage product organization is highly desirableStrong customer empathy and experience building products that users genuinely valueExperience defining evaluation frameworks for AI products or AI agents is a strong advantageBackground in 3D, CAD, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or industrial automation is preferredDemonstrated entrepreneurial mindset, with experience building something independently or an ambition to take ownership of products and businesses at a leadership levelComfortable using modern AI-assisted development and productivity tools to research, prototype, analyse, and accelerate product executionWillingness to work on-site in Bengaluru with a fast-moving, highly collaborative team
