🚀 Founding Software Engineer | £110k + Equity | LondonI’m working with an early-stage technology company that is looking for a senior engineer to join at a genuinely formative stage of the business.You’ll work directly with the founding team, have a significant say in how the product develops and take responsibility for turning ideas into production-ready software.The company is tackling a complex problem sitting at the intersection of software engineering, data and AI, with a product that is already being used by customers and plenty of scope still to shape what comes next.What they're looking for:

• 5+ years experience with React and TypeScript
• Comfortable working across the backend, using Node.js, Python or similar
• A track record of taking ownership of significant product areas
• Experience in a startup, scale-up or similarly high-autonomy environment
