The position is open to Staff (Lvl 4+) and junior candidates with high upward trajectory. We're not looking for slow movers - we want to see what you've built. The ideal candidate has tackled a hard problem, and takes ownership of whatever they've worked on.This role is perfect for you if:You execute without waiting for permissionYou care about building stuff that worksYou operate with agency and urgencyKey Responsibilities:Develop internal operating system to coordinate production process (supply chain, customer management, costing)Build system to centralise design cycles (CAD, DFM, mold generation, part simulation)Integrate live sensor data from manufacturing robotics into continuous digital twin to drive operations around the clockRequirements:Production-grade Full Stack experience (Typescript, Python/GO)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplineExperience with manufacturing process (tooling, automated systems, assembly lines)Experience with 3D environments (CAD, computational geometry)This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new industrial revolution.
