We’re changing who gets to build the future.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a hands-on Founding Software Engineer to help build the next evolution of SideKix, our product, technology, and engineering culture. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, takes ownership, and enjoys turning ideas into exceptional user experiences.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end Android development and launch, from implementation through Google Play submission and production release.Partner directly with company leadership to turn product vision into technical execution, making decisions and moving quickly from concept to shipped product.Own development of our Flutter applications across Android and Web, delivering polished, pixel-accurate experiences from Figma designs.Refactor and modernize the existing Flutter codebase, improving architecture, performance, scalability, and maintainability ahead of launch.Build and maintain APIs, authentication, AI and voice features, payments, real-time functionality, and cloud service integrations.Own testing, debugging, CI/CD, monitoring, performance optimization, and release management, while establishing clean, maintainable engineering practices.What You BringProven track record building, shipping, and iterating on production Android applications.Deep experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern Android development practices.Strong understanding of Android architecture, APIs, authentication, state management, navigation, notifications, and real-time services.Experience owning the full Google Play release lifecycle, including testing, Play Console, app signing, permissions, submissions, and production releases.Strong product and founder mindset: able to take ownership, navigate ambiguity, make technical decisions, and move quickly from idea to production.Experience building reliable, scalable, polished mobile experiences, with AI, voice, personalization, or real-time product experience a strong plus.Strong experience with Flutter and Dart, building and maintaining production-quality cross-platform mobile applications.Ability to work within an existing Flutter codebase, integrate APIs and native functionality, troubleshoot performance issues, and ship reliable releases across Web and Android.Why Join NowFounding-level equity: Earn meaningful ownership in a mission-driven company building the future of entrepreneurship.Shape the foundation: Influence product decisions, technical direction, engineering practices, and the culture from the beginning.Build with purpose: Create technology that helps more people access the tools, guidance, and support needed to turn ideas into successful businesses.High ownership, high impact: Your decisions and your code will directly shape the experience of entrepreneurs using SideKix every day.
