One Company.The Role:We are looking for a Founding Systems Architect to help define and architect the foundational technical systems behind Axiaor. This is not a conventional engineering management role.You will work closely with the Founder and founding technical leadership to establish how Axiaor's intelligence, data, APIs, AI systems, Capsules, and operating infrastructure connect and scale as one coherent architecture.What You Will Own:Define Axiaor's core systems architectureDesign how Intelligent Capsules interact across the platformEstablish system boundaries and service architectureDesign data and event flows across the ecosystemDefine the architecture for Axiaor Commerce OSEstablish interoperability between AI, data, APIs, transactions, and applicationsDesign scalable infrastructure for enterprise deploymentWork with AI engineers on model and agent integrationEstablish technical standards for security, reliability, performance, and scalabilityHelp translate Axiaor's long-term architecture into practical engineering milestonesWhat We Are Looking For:We are looking for someone with strong experience in designing and scaling complex technology systems.Ideal candidates may have experience across:Distributed systemsPlatform architectureCloud infrastructureAPI-first systemsAI infrastructureData systemsEvent-driven architectureEnterprise platformsHigh-scale consumer technologyYou should be comfortable working from 0-to-1, making architectural decisions in an evolving environment, and building systems that can support multiple products and deployment environments.Ideal Profile:10+ years in systems architectureExperience designing complex, scalable platformsStrong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data architectureFamiliarity with AI/ML systems and modern model infrastructureExperience working across Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teamsStrong technical judgment and ability to simplify complex architectureStartup or 0-to-1 experience is highly valuableExperience at companies building foundational technology, cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, fintech infrastructure, developer platforms, or large-scale digital ecosystems is a strong advantage.Why This Role Matters:Axiaor is not building a collection of disconnected products.The company is building one underlying architecture that can eventually deploy across multiple environments.The Systems Architect will help ensure that:Intelligent Capsules, Axiaor Intelligence, Agentic Commerce, Commerce OS, APIs, and deployment environments operate as one coherent system.This role will become foundational to Axiaor's long-term technical direction.What Success Looks Like:In the early stages, success means:A clear and documented systems architectureDefined relationships between core technology layersPractical technical milestones for implementationStrong alignment between AI, infrastructure, APIs, and product teamsA scalable foundation for future enterprise and consumer deploymentGrowth Opportunity:This is a founding role.As Axiaor scales, the role may evolve into senior technical leadership, including:Chief Systems ArchitectVP of ArchitectureChief Technology OfficerChief AI Infrastructure OfficerDepending on performance, capability, and company needs.AxiaorOne Architecture.
