Founding Talent Lead

We are looking for a Founding Talent Lead with 4+ years of experience to own recruiting end-to-end at a well-funded, fast-growing B2B SaaS startup. You'll be the first dedicated talent hire, building pipelines for technical and non-technical roles.What will you be doing?Sourcing and building candidate pipelines from scratch — primarily for engineering roles right now, expanding to go-to-market and other functionsManaging the full candidate lifecycle: outreach, screening, interview coordination, and closingDelivering a high-touch, hospitality-grade candidate experience at every stage of the processPartnering directly with founders to define role requirements and calibrate on what "great" looks likeHandling light people ops tasks (offer letters, process improvements) as the function growsKey Requirements4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical/engineering roles at B2B SaaS startupsStartup background — must have recruited without relying on a big brand name or heavy inbound flowStrong proactive sourcing skills for passive candidates; comfortable building top-of-funnel from zeroMust work on-site 5 days/week in San Francisco (no exceptions)US citizen or Green Card holder — no visa sponsorship available
