Founding Tech Lead$185,000–$215,000 base + 1.5%–2.0% equityNew York City (Hybrid)We are working with an early-stage software company building a revenue intelligence platform for complex insurance workflows.The company helps multi-location healthcare operators identify and recover insurance underpayments by reconciling contracts, claims, fee schedules, and remittance data, then automating evidence-backed recovery workflows.Following a recent pre-seed raise, the team has strong runway, active design partners, and growing enterprise demand. They are now hiring their first full-time engineer to help lead technical direction and shape the future engineering team.The RoleYou’ll work directly with the founders and take broad ownership across the platform.This is a highly hands-on role spanning product engineering, data systems, integrations, infrastructure and AI-driven workflows.
