Founding Technology Lead / Junior CTO

We’re Hiring: Founding Technology Lead / Junior CTOWant to help build a fintech platform from the ground up?We’re looking for a smart, driven, and commercially minded Junior CTO to join an early-stage fintech venture based in Dubai. This is not a traditional IT support role, and you will not be expected to sit and code all day.Your role will be to take ownership of the technology side of the business, work closely with the founders, and manage our external IT vendors as they develop our website, digital platforms, integrations, and future fintech products.You will help turn business ideas into practical technology solutions, challenge vendors when needed, keep projects moving, and make sure everything we build is secure, scalable, user-friendly, and aligned with our vision.What you’ll be doing:·  Managing external developers, technology vendors, and platform partners·  Translating business requirements into clear technical deliverables·  Overseeing the development of our website, platforms, dashboards, and integrations·  Reviewing project timelines, system designs, costs, and vendor performance·  Coordinating integrations with banks, credit bureaus, government platforms, and third-party providers·  Supporting the company’s technology strategy, cybersecurity, data protection, and product roadmap·  Helping us solve real problems in the fintech and financial-services spaceYou could be a great fit if you:·  Have 3–5 years of experience in technology, product management, fintech, banking, or digital platforms·  Understand APIs, cloud platforms, system architecture, cybersecurity, and software development processes·  Can confidently manage developers and hold technology vendors accountable·  Are organised, curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment·  Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams·  Want more than a routine job and are excited to help build something meaningful from an early stageYou do not need to be the most senior CTO in the market.
