Joining MARMARA PRECIOUS METALS GROUP means contributing to a specialized field with opportunities to develop technical expertise and grow a long-term career in precious metals operations.Role Description The Foundry Operator – Precious Metals is responsible for the safe and efficient melting, casting, and processing of precious metals using furnaces and related equipment. Day-to-day tasks include preparing raw materials, loading and monitoring furnaces, adjusting temperatures, and pouring molten metal into molds or designated containers. The role also involves cleaning and maintaining equipment, following strict safety and environmental protocols, and recording production data such as batch numbers, weights, and quality checks. The operator collaborates closely with quality control and warehouse teams to ensure accurate handling, labeling, and storage of precious metal products. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah.Qualifications Experience in foundry operations or metal processing, including furnace operation, melting, and casting.Knowledge of basic metallurgy principles and an understanding of precious metals handling and characteristics.Strong awareness of safety procedures, including use of personal protective equipment and adherence to environmental and security protocols.Ability to perform accurate measurements, record production data, and follow standardized operating procedures and work instructions.Physical ability to work in a high-temperature industrial environment, including standing for extended periods and handling materials safely.Attention to detail and commitment to quality, with the ability to identify defects and coordinate with quality control teams.Basic communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse colleagues and supervisors.Prior experience in a foundry, refinery, or metal fabrication facility is preferred; vocational or technical training in metals or industrial operations is an advantage.
