FP&A Analyst

The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an FP&A Analyst to join a growing and fast-paced restaurant chain. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and commercial decision-making across the organisation.Working closely with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, you will provide meaningful analysis and insight to help drive performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the annual budget and periodic forecasting processes.Produce regular management reports and performance analysis.Deliver insightful variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.Support the development and maintenance of financial models.Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and key business drivers.Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and challenge.Support strategic projects, business cases, and investment appraisals.Prepare presentations and reporting packs for senior management.Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and financial controls.Support ad-hoc analysis and projects as required.About You: Part-qualified, finalist, or qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management accounts, or financial analysis.Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.Ability to communicate financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.What's on Offer?Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid working model.Study Support for ACCA/CIMA Exposure to a broad range of commercial and strategic finance activities.Strong opportunities for professional development and career progression.A collaborative and supportive working environment.
