This role sits within a collaborative FP&A team working across reporting, investments, and performance analysis.The RoleAs an FP&A Analyst, you will support financial and operational reporting, investment analysis, and performance measurement across multiple business areas.Responsibilities include:Delivering monthly financial and operational reporting across the businessCollecting, validating, cleansing, and consolidating data from multiple sourcesBuilding and enhancing Excel-based reporting packs and management informationProducing presentations and board-level reporting for senior stakeholdersAnalysing profitability, revenue, utilisation, cash flow, and business KPIsSupporting investment performance tracking and strategic growth initiativesPartnering with stakeholders to gather business commentary and operational insightsIdentifying opportunities to improve reporting processes, governance, and data qualitySupporting the transition towards a more mature data and reporting environmentActing as a key link between finance teams and data specialistsDelivering ad hoc commercial analysis and performance reportingYour Skills & ExperienceTo be successful in this FP&A Analyst role, you should have a strong blend of finance, reporting, and analytical expertise.Essential requirements:Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Analysis, Management Accounting, or a similar analytical finance roleExceptional Excel skills, including:XLOOKUPINDEX MATCHSUMIFSAdvanced data manipulationMulti-source data consolidationReporting pack creation and enhancementStrong experience working with financial and operational KPIsKnowledge of revenue, profitability, cash flow, and commercial performance analysisExperience working with large, complex, or imperfect datasetsPower BI experience, including Power Query and data transformationStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to translate data into clear commercial insights and recommendationsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementAvailability within a maximum 6-week notice periodDesirable:Experience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or other KPI-driven environmentsExposure to data warehouse environmentsKnowledge of DAXExperience supporting investment or business performance reportingWhat They Offer£70,000 - £75,000 base salary5% profit share bonusHybrid working with 3 days per week in the Victoria officeExposure to board-level reporting and senior leadershipOpportunity to work on strategic investment and business performance projectsSignificant influence over reporting transformation initiativesStrong career development opportunities within finance, analytics, and business partneringCollaborative and commercially focused team environmentHow to ApplyIf you are an FP&A Analyst with outstanding Excel skills, strong commercial awareness, and a notice period of 6 weeks or less, I'd love to hear from you.
