You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, helping shape investment reporting, improve data-driven decision making, and drive greater reporting efficiency across the business. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The FP&A Analyst will: Collect, validate, and consolidate operational and financial data from across the organisationProduce monthly reporting on business performance, profitability, utilisation, and investment outcomesBuild and maintain reporting solutions in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting toolsTransform and clean data from multiple sources to create accurate management informationCreate board-level reporting packs and presentations for senior stakeholdersSupport investment performance analysis across both organic and strategic growth initiativesPartner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather insights and commentaryWork with data warehouse outputs while managing ongoing data quality challengesAct as a bridge between business users and data teams to improve reporting processesIdentify opportunities to standardise KPIs, automate processes, and enhance reporting efficiencyDeliver ad hoc analysis and commercial insights to support decision makingYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will have th efollowing skills and experience: Strong experience within FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting, or business performance analysisAdvanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, data manipulation, and reporting automationExperience working with large and often imperfect datasetsStrong data cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation skillsPower BI experience, including Power Query and data modelling conceptsThe ability to combine financial and operational data to generate meaningful business insightsExperience creating presentations and reporting packs for senior stakeholdersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to improving processes and identifying efficienciesExperience within professional services, consulting, accountancy, or other KPI-driven commercial environments would be advantageous
