FP&A AnalystLocation: Austin, Texas (Site-Based)Our client is a rapidly growing data center infrastructure developer supporting the expansion of hyperscale and AI-driven digital infrastructure. They are seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and project analysis as the business continues to scale.This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to gain broad exposure to data center development, capital projects, and strategic finance while working closely with senior finance and operational teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.Build and maintain financial models supporting projects, capital planning, and business decisions.Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and financial insights.Support project-level financial tracking, scenario analysis, and portfolio reporting.Partner with development, engineering, construction, procurement, and operations teams to gather and analyze financial data.Assist with improving FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial models.Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects as required.Candidate ProfileWe are seeking a finance professional with 2–5 years of experience, within capital-intensive industries such as data centers, digital infrastructure, power and utilities, renewable energy, telecom infrastructure, infrastructure development, or related sectors.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in infrastructure and project finance.Required Skills & Experience2–5 years of relevant finance, FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis experience.Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Experience supporting capital projects or infrastructure businesses preferred.ERP experience, preferably NetSuite.Exposure to Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive Planning, Cube, or Vena is a plus.Procore or similar project management software experience is a plus.What We're Looking ForHighly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional.Strong communicator and effective cross-functional business partner.Ability to work independently while collaborating across finance and operational teams.Commercial mindset with an interest in infrastructure development and project economics.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Strong Excel skills and willingness to take ownership of financial analysis and reporting.OpportunityThis is a strong opportunity to join a rapidly expanding data center infrastructure platform and gain hands-on experience across FP&A, capital planning, project economics, and strategic finance.
