FP&A Analyst

A growing organization is looking for a Treasury & FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional with a solid analytical foundation to take on meaningful ownership across budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and financial analysis — working closely with senior leadership and partnering across the business.ResponsibilitiesAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare financial models, management reports, and variance analysesAnalyze financial performance and key business metrics to support strategic decision-makingSupport month-end reporting and financial planning activitiesDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to improve financial visibilitySupport treasury functions, including cash flow reporting and cash managementSupport internal and external audit requests by preparing schedules and financial documentationPartner with business leaders across multiple departments to provide financial insightsIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, financial processes, and operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, treasury, or a related analytical roleStrong experience in data analytics and trend recognitionCash/treasury experience preferredStrong financial modeling and forecasting experience requiredAdvanced Excel skills required — macros, Power Query, and similar toolsExperience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysisExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
