FP&A Analyst

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst for an Abu Dhabi. based business The FP&A Analyst (Sr.) will be responsible for managing end to end budgeting and forecasting cycles, building and preparing top quality management and board dashboards and presentations, exploring and leveraging AI tools and capabilities to revamp reporting cycles, preparing financial models, providing financial analysis, support pricing models building, and supporting strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will contribute to improving financial planning processes and strategies. Qualifications5-8 years of relevant FP&A experienceVery strong skills in Financial Planning and Budgeting & Forecasting best practicesAbility to self manage end to end planning and forecasting cyclesTech savvy and self driven approach to explore, learn, and adopt latest AI toolsExperience with Financial Modeling and detailed AnalyticsProficiency in Finance and advanced Analytical SkillsAbility to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. CIMA or other chartered accountancy qualifications are highly desirable.Proficiency in analytical and financial management software toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesNatural business story tellerExperience in strategic decision-making and stakeholder collaboration
