You’ll work directly with our CFO across multiple companies, getting hands-on exposure to the real work of strategic finance.If you want to become a Fractional CFO one day, this is the right environment.⸻What You’ll DoFinancial Modeling & Forecasting• Build and maintain multi-year financial models across multiple clients• Update forecasts, scenarios, and cashflow projections• Improve model architecture, assumptions, and clarityBusiness & Financial Analysis• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, and operational trends• Identify risks, opportunities, and strategic insights• Turn raw data into actionable recommendationsAccounting Investigations• Dive into accounting inconsistencies or errors• Reconcile key accounts and validate data integrity• Collaborate with client accounting teams to fix root-cause issuesPolicies, Systems, & Process Support• Develop and refine financial policies, templates, and SOPs• Improve reporting workflows across multiple companies• Help standardize best practices for all clientsClient Engagement & Exposure• Join client calls and financial reviews as you grow• Support CEOs, founders, and leadership teams• Learn how to communicate findings in a way that moves businesses forward⸻Who You AreYou’re not looking for a typical FP&A job.
