FP&A Director | Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaWhat This Role Is AboutOur client, a large FMCG organisation, is looking for an FP&A Director, based in Jeddah, to lead financial planning and performance management across the business.This role will be responsible for driving the FP&A agenda, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong alignment between financial targets and business performance.You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to set financial targets, review business performance, and support key investment decisions. You will also play a key role in strengthening financial planning, forecasting, and business review processes.The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit12+ years of experience in FP&A or related finance rolesStrong FP&A experience within FMCGProven experience in financial performance managementStrong experience in AOP, forecasting, and business reviewsExperience in Capex reviews and investment analysisProven experience in target setting and performance trackingStrong ability to partner with senior leadership and translate financial insights into business decisionsStrong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skillsThis is an opportunity to join a large FMCG organisation and lead the FP&A function while supporting strategic business performance and growth across the organisation.
