FP&A Manager (UAE National)

We're looking for an experienced FP&A UAE National to join a leading local group in Dubai.This role sits at the heart of the business in a very exciting industry, driving budgeting, planning, performance reporting, forecasting and pricing analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.You'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, turning data into actionable recommendations that shape pricing, capacity, revenue and business planning decisions.What You'll DoAnalyse performance (revenue, throughput, utilization), identifying top and underperforming areas and recommending pricing and promotional adjustments.Monitor customer usage, working with operations to improve customer experience.Assess pricing models and conduct elasticity analysis to determine optimal pricing, per capita spend opportunities and dynamic pricing strategies.Analyse partner and revenue-share performance, including revenue per location, conversion rates and transaction values.Support business plan strategy, consolidation and presentation, reviewing the operational and commercial sustainability of assumptions.Own management and business performance reporting, including dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.Deliver accurate forecasts, rolling forecasting and scenario/sensitivity analysis to support strategic decisions.Evaluate the financial and strategic impact of new business opportunities and feasibility studies.Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering performance, queue analytics, revenue trends and guest spending behaviour.Partner closely with Operations, Commercial/Pricing and Finance teams, acting as a trusted business partner to leadership.What We're Looking ForUAE National / Emirati, with family bookBachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.7+ years of relevant business analysis and planning experience within a large organization, ideally with managerial exposure.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business actions.Proven track record delivering high-quality, timely business plans, forecasts and financial analysis.Independent, self-driven and results-oriented, comfortable managing a demanding workload against strict deadlines.Salary: AED 40-42k / month + bonus + benefits
