FPA Senior Executive (Chinese)

FP&A Senior Officer, reporting to the Manager, FP&A. In charge of factory performance Responsibility1. Factory performance analysis Analyze monthly factory costs, including in-house expenses and subcontracting costs, to identify key cost drivers and performance trends.Perform what-if analysis to support operational decision-makingWork closely with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements for better performance.2. Ad hoc ProjectsCreate ad hoc financial analysis by business requirements Additional duties as assignedRequirement:1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: A bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, management, or related fields is preferred; finance, accounting, or auditing backgrounds are a plus.2. Professional Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); analysis tools (Power BI is a plus)...3. Years of Work Experience: 3 - 4 years’ experience (garment or fabric experience is highly desirable).4. Technical Skills: Proficient in data processing and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT.5. Languages: Chinese is a must6.
