Their mission is to simplify finance and help more people access credit across India.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPreparation and analysis of monthly MIS and management reports.Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, along with commentary preparation.Support annual budgeting, business planning, and periodic forecasting exercises.Track key business and financial KPIs across functions and verticals.Assist in preparation of board decks, investor presentations, and management review materials.Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Coordinate with various teams including Finance, Business, Operations, and Strategy for data collation and reporting.Support automation and enhancement of reporting processes and financial models.Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as required by management.Required skillsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of experience.Candidates with FPNA/Business Finance experience or FDD experience in BFSI/NBFC/Big 6.Excellent communication
