Position: Senior IT Business Analyst
Location: Hồ Chí Minh Job description:Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.Facilitate requirement workshops and discussions with stakeholders.Create and maintain BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and related artifacts.Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Project teams to clarify requirements.Support effort estimation, solution discussions, and acceptance criteria definition.Manage requirement changes, impacts, and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Assist UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.Participate in Agile ceremonies and support project planning activities.Communicate project updates, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.Qualification:3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience in requirement elicitation, analysis, and documentation.Familiarity with engineering/manufacturing domains is a plus.Proficient in UML, BPMN, wireframing, and process modeling tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Good English communication skills (verbal and written).Preferred skills:Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Exposure to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, PLM, MES, ERP, or Engineering systems.Knowledge of APIs, system integration, and data flow analysis.
