We're building out our internal tools and workflows to run leaner and smarter, starting with an internal off-market listings marketplace and expanding from there.The roleWe're looking for a part-time, ongoing systems/ops-tech consultant to design and build the no-code tools and automations that power our day-to-day operations. This isn't a single-project gig, we're looking for someone to become our long-term technical partner, carrying context from one build to the next rather than starting from zero each time.First projectAn internal marketplace where agents can list and search off-market stock, built on Airtable, with a Softr or Glide front end and Make automation handling listing "freshness" logic (auto-expiry, reconfirmation prompts, status tracking). Full technical brief provided upon cv submission.What you'll work on (ongoing)No-code app builds (Airtable, Softr, Glide)Automations (Make/Zapier) connecting internal tools, forms, and light API integrationsDocument/report automation (HTML-to-PDF pipelines)Occasional light integration work with our existing CRM (Bitrix24) and listings platformWhat we're looking forSolid hands-on experience with Airtable (or a similar database tool), Make or Zapier, and Softr/Glide or comparable no-code front endsComfortable reading and working with basic API documentationClean, well-documented work, we need to be able to hand this off or extend it later without starting overBonus: HTML/CSS, basic Python, prior experience in real estate or PropTechBonus: based in or familiar with the UAE marketStructureInitial project (internal marketplace build) scoped and quoted separately, fixed price or capped hours (approximative budget AED 6000 for a project expected to consume 25-30 hours work)Ongoing retainer following launch: 10–20 hours/month, flexible based on workload (AED 3000 to 5000 per month) All tools, accounts, and data remain fully owned by Nexus.How to applySend a short note on relevant experience along with 1–2 examples of similar builds you've shipped (Airtable bases, automations, or no-code apps).
