In this role, you will play a key role in the development of innovative fragrances for Consumer Goods customers, managing projects from concept through completion while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market trends.Reporting directly to the Creation Director - Consumer Goods, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality fragrances that meet customer needs and resonate with consumers, while reinforcing MANE's reputation for innovation and excellence.Role Responsibilities:Manage fragrance development projects for Consumer Goods customers across the Middle East region.Collaborate with Perfumers, Sales, Marketing, and Laboratory teams to achieve project objectives and meet customer expectations.Validate fragrances for customer submissions and consumer testing, providing expert evaluation throughout the development process.Analyze market trends and consumer preferences while managing the Consumer Goods fragrance collection.Partner with Sales teams to support product presentations, promote fragrance solutions, and contribute to collection updates.Maintain comprehensive records of fragrance development activities, creative initiatives, and market insights.Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of fragrance development experience, preferably within the Middle East market.Formal training and certification in olfaction is preferred, such as ISIPCA, Grasse Institute of Perfumery, École Supérieure du Parfum, or other recognized perfumery schools.Strong olfactive skills and technical fragrance knowledge.Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset; fluency in English is required, while Arabic and French are a plus.Passion for the fragrance industry, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
