As we continue to strengthen our presence in the Middle East, we are looking for a talented Fragrance Evaluator to join our Dubai team and help shape the future of fragrance creation in one of the world's most dynamic markets.Your MissionAs a key member of our creative team, you will lead fragrance development projects for Fine Fragrance and Beauty customers across the GCC region, transforming consumer insights, market trends and client expectations into successful olfactive creations.Working closely with evaluators, perfumers, marketing, sales and technical teams, you will play a strategic role in delivering innovative fragrance solutions that inspire consumers and drive business growth.What You Will Do✨ Evaluate and select fragrance developments aligned with customer briefs, technical criteria, regional market expectations and customer needs.✨ Partner closely with regional evaluator, perfumers throughout the creative process, providing olfactive direction, benchmarks and recommendations to optimize fragrance performance.✨ Lead, coordinate and follow projects internally, ensuring timelines, priorities and deliverables are successfully achieved.✨ Build and maintain a deep understanding of regional and global fragrance trends, consumer preferences and competitive launches.✨ Manage market product collections, benchmark analyses and fragrance libraries.✨ Collaborate with Creation, Marketing, Applications, Regulatory, Sales, Shipping and other key departments to ensure project success.✨ Participate in customer presentations and client meetings alongside the commercial team.✨ Support the regional commercial strategy through olfactive expertise by identifying emerging trends and contribute to the development of innovative fragrance concepts tailored to regional customers.What We Are Looking For✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fragrance Evaluator, preferably within Fine Fragrance.✔ Previous experience working with customers and markets in the GCC region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman) will be highly valued.✔ Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern olfactive preferences and regional market trends.✔ Ability to translate marketing concepts into olfactive creations.✔ Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills.✔ Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.✔ Proactive, Creative mindset combined with strong commercial awareness.✔ Fluent English and Arabic are required; French is a plus.✔ Degree or Master's qualification related to Fragrance Creation, Chemistry, Marketing or a relevant field is appreciated.Why Join Cosmo?🌟 Be part of a fast-growing international fragrance house with ambitious expansion plans.🌟 Work in a multicultural, entrepreneurial and innovation-driven environment.🌟 Collaborate with talented perfumers and industry experts from around the world.🌟 Contribute to exciting regional and international projects for leading brands.🌟 Enjoy continuous learning and professional development opportunities.🌟 Competitive compensation package based on experience and expertise.At Cosmo, our purpose is "Elevating the fragrance experience for a better tomorrow."
