LTD. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Manager to lead franchise sales and business development across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills with experience in franchise, healthcare, retail, pharma, or FMCG sales.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert franchise sales leads.Conduct business presentations and franchise meetings.Visit potential locations for site assessment and feasibility analysis.Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.Lead, mentor, and monitor Business Development Executives.Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.Identify new business opportunities and expand the territory.Coordinate franchise onboarding and support new partners.Submit regular MIS reports and business documentation.Required SkillsExcellent sales and negotiation skills.Strong communication and presentation abilities.Leadership and team management experience.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and CRM software.Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Franchise Sales, Healthcare, Retail, Pharma, or FMCG.Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.Willingness to travel across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Eastern Uttar Pradesh.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly franchise sales.Lead conversion ratio.Revenue generation.Territory expansion.Team productivity.CRM compliance.Franchise partner satisfaction.Compensation & BenefitsAttractive Fixed SalaryPerformance IncentivesTravel AllowanceMobile ReimbursementCareer Growth OpportunitiesTraining & Development ProgramsWhy Join EMEDIX WELLNESS PVT.
