Requirements :Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fieldFresh graduate very welcome to applyProven track record of achieving goals and targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearanceAvailability to join immediately and willing to be placed at PIKWilling to work on weekend (2 times a month)Responsibilities :Developing marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services in local marketsCoordinating with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running smoothlyRecruiting prospective franchises based on their financial resources, business experience, and personal characteristicsInterviewing potential franchisees and reviewing their application forms to determine if they are eligible to purchase a franchiseManaging ongoing operations of a franchise location by overseeing staf member, making operational decisions, and maintaining relationships with customersReviewing financial statements to ensure that franchisees are following company standards for operationsEnsuring that each franchise location meets company standards for cleanliness, appearance, employee behavior, and operating proceduresManaging the development of promotional plans for new products and services to ensure that they are effective at increasing brand recognition and sales
