The company’s mission is to empower individuals to accelerate their careers through structured learning, continuous support, and exposure to current market practices.Role DescriptionThe Franchisee Operations Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all MGrow franchise centers become fully operational on time and start generating revenue at the earliest. This role will work closely with franchise partners from onboarding to launch and post-launch stabilization, with a strong focus on readiness, compliance, execution, and business performance.QualificationsAct as the primary operational point of contact for franchisees and support them in resolving setup and launch issues quickly.Work with franchisees to prepare center opening plans and early-stage revenue plans, including local marketing execution, lead generation readiness, and sales follow-upTrack launch progress, admissions pipeline, first-month collections, and center-level KPIs to ensure revenue starts as planned.Conduct regular field visits or virtual reviews to check center readiness, compliance, execution quality, and business performance.Identify non-operational or delayed centers, diagnose bottlenecks, and create corrective action plans with clearCoordinate with internal teams such as marketing, training, academics, technology, and franchise support to help centers launch smoothly.Support newly launched centers during the initial business period to stabilize operations and improve conversion, enrollment, and retention.Maintain reports, dashboards, and status reviews for all centers covering launch stage, operational status, and revenue start date.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.10-15 years of experience in franchise operations, center operations, business development, training operations, or multi-location business support.Strong understanding of launch readiness, business operations, and revenue trackingAbility to work with franchise owners and influence execution without direct authorityGood communication, problem-solving, follow-up, and reporting skillsComfortable with travel for center visits and launch support.
