EGlobalSphere builds scalable digital ecosystems tailored to the specific needs and growth plans of enterprise customers.Role Description The Frappe Developer will design, develop, and maintain applications and customizations on the Frappe framework and ERPNext platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and modifying DocTypes, server-side and client-side scripts, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems to support core business functions such as HR, finance, supply chain, and operations. The role involves collaborating with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver secure, maintainable solutions. The developer will troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and participate in code reviews and deployment activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Frappe framework and ERPNext, including DocTypes, server scripts, client scripts, and workflow customization.Solid experience with Python and JavaScript for backend and frontend development within Frappe-based applications.Good understanding of relational databases (e.g., MariaDB/MySQL), data modeling, and query optimization.Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns to connect Frappe/ERPNext with external systems.Familiarity with ERP concepts across modules such as HR, accounting, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing.Experience using Git or similar version control tools, and comfort with CI/CD and deployment to production environments.Ability to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and secure code.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in enterprise software implementation or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
