By integrating systems and driving digital transformation, the team helps enterprises streamline operations, enhance visibility, and build scalable digital ecosystems aligned with business goals.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Frappe ERPNext Developer. The developer will configure, customize, and maintain ERPNext modules to support business processes across HR, finance, supply chain, and operations. Responsibilities include designing and developing custom apps, doctypes, workflows, and scripts within the Frappe framework, as well as integrating ERPNext with other enterprise systems and APIs. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring system performance, security, and reliability. The developer will also debug issues, perform upgrades, write technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.Qualifications Strong experience with Frappe framework and ERPNext development, including custom doctypes, server-side scripts, client scripts, and report creation.Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, along with solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and web application development concepts.Hands-on experience with MariaDB/MySQL databases, data modeling, and writing efficient queries for ERP systems.Knowledge of ERP domains such as HR, finance, accounting, inventory, and supply chain, with the ability to translate business workflows into ERPNext configurations.Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), deployment practices, and working in Linux-based environments.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with business users, analysts, and technical team members on-site.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in enterprise ERP implementation or digital transformation projects is an advantage.Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable system design is beneficial.
