قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob OverviewTo identify, analyse and mitigate fraudulent activities within the credit and collections processes by analysing transactional data, assessing the risk, identifying and investigating suspicious patterns and cases, detecting potential fraud and implementing fraud preventive measures to safeguard the organisation's financial assets ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining customer trust.Key Responsibilities• Monitor and analyse credit and collections transactional data to identify potential fraud indicators, anomalies, suspicious patterns and trends to mitigate potential fraud cases and risks.• Utilise fraud detection tools, software, and advanced data analysis techniques to identify suspicious activities, patterns, correlations, and anomalies indicative of fraudulent activities.• Conduct detailed investigation, research potential fraud cases, and gather evidence to assess the extent of the fraud and document the findings and ensure confidentiality of all information collected during the investigation.• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather and validate additional information and support ongoing investigations to confirm or cancel authorisations.• Evaluate the risk associated with the fraud case to determine potential financial loss and reputational damage.• Conduct regular fraud risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and emerging threats, disseminate the information about fraudulent modus operandi and adapt strategies accordingly.• Participate in risk assessment activities related to credit and collections processes to identify potential fraud risks and recommend risk mitigation measures.• Assist in developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies, policies, procedures and preventive measures to minimise the occurrence of fraud.• Maintain the Fraud Risk Register containing accurate records of fraud cases, investigations and their outcome in collaboration with other team members.• Prepare comprehensive reports summarising fraud-related activities, incidents, trends, suspicious activity, and outcomes for Manager – Fraud Control and stakeholders.
