Freelance Account Manager

We’re hiring: Freelance / Part-Time AccountantZero2Cento (Z2C) is a boutique architecture and interior design studio based in Dubai. We are looking for a reliable, hands-on accountant to strengthen our financial controls and provide clear visibility into the performance of each project.Key responsibilities:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping• Review invoices, quotations, payments and supporting documents• Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow• Prepare regular P&L and management reports• Organize VAT and Corporate Tax documentation for our external tax consultant• Track project expenses, supplier payments and client collections• Monitor the revenue, cost and profitability of each project• Develop clear and practical financial dashboards• Identify missing documents, discrepancies and financial risksRequirements:• UAE accounting and bookkeeping experience• Working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills• Excellent accuracy and document organization• Ability to work independently and take ownership• Experience with architecture, interior design, construction or another project-based business is preferredAs a small, design-led boutique studio, we need someone comfortable working closely with management and handling both day-to-day bookkeeping and project-level financial reporting.The role can be structured on a freelance or part-time basis, depending on experience and availability.To apply, please send your CV, availability, expected monthly fee or hourly rate, and a short summary of your relevant UAE experience to [email address].Please share this opportunity with anyone who may be a strong fit.
