AcceleratorX emphasizes certification and measurable outcomes, helping professionals showcase their capabilities and advance in a competitive job market.Role Description The Freelance AI Instructor – GenAI will design and deliver high-quality, instructor-led sessions on Generative AI for learners at various experience levels. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, the instructor will prepare curriculum materials, develop learning resources, and conduct interactive classes, workshops, and labs focused on practical GenAI applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining complex AI concepts in accessible language, demonstrating tools and platforms, guiding participants through hands-on exercises, and providing individualized feedback. The instructor will also collaborate with AcceleratorX’s team to update content, align courses with industry trends, and support learner assessments and certification activities.Qualifications Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts (e.g., large language models, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content creation) and practical experience using leading GenAI tools and platforms.Experience in curriculum design or instructional design, including creating lesson plans, learning objectives, and assessments for technical subjects.Effective teaching, training, or mentoring skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse learner groups and facilitate engaging classroom discussions.Solid understanding of broader AI/ML fundamentals and current industry trends, with the ability to connect GenAI topics to real-world use cases.Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in English and comfort speaking to groups in an in-person setting.Ability to work independently on-site in Bengaluru, manage class schedules, and adapt content based on learner feedback and performance.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; relevant industry certifications in AI or GenAI are an advantage.Prior experience as an instructor, corporate trainer, or facilitator in technology or AI domains is strongly preferred.
