The lecturer will deliver live online sessions, workshops, and interactive classes on medicine, cardiac surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, thoracic surgery, and cardiology topics. Responsibilities include preparing curriculum-aligned lecture materials, case studies, and assessments, as well as updating content based on current clinical guidelines and best practices. The role involves mentoring learners, answering queries, providing constructive feedback on assignments, and supporting participants in their professional development. The lecturer will collaborate with the academic team to enhance course quality, contribute to program design, and participate in occasional faculty meetings and training sessions.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly and accurately.Advanced expertise in Cardiac Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, including contemporary surgical techniques and perioperative care.Specialized knowledge in Thoracic Surgery, focusing on thoracic procedures, postoperative management, and complication prevention.Clinical proficiency in Cardiology, including diagnostic approaches, treatment protocols, and evidence-based practice.Recognized medical degree (MD/MBBS or equivalent) with specialization in cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery; additional fellowships or board certifications are highly preferred.Proven clinical experience as a practicing cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgeon, with a track record of high-quality patient care.Prior teaching, lecturing, or training experience in academic, hospital, or professional education settings, with strong presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage diverse learner groups in an online environment.Comfort with digital tools, online learning platforms, and remote teaching methodologies.Commitment to ethical practice, learner-centric teaching, continuous learning, and staying current with advances in cardiovascular medicine and surgery.
