Freelance Graphic Designer

We’re hiring a Freelance Graphic Designer to support Yippee, a Christian streaming service for kids and families.This is a remote freelance position paying $30 USD per hour for up to 100 hours per month. We expect the workload to average approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, depending on project needs.What you’ll do:Create static graphics for digital advertising and websitesReview ad performance data and apply what you learn to future designsDesign and build landing pages using HubSpot’s landing page builderCommunicate proactively with our agency partners and support their graphic design needs for promoting YippeeManage multiple projects and deadlines using AsanaWhat we’re looking for:Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignA strong understanding of typography and the creative use of typeA working knowledge of color theory and the ability to use color creativelyAn understanding of how to design for print versus digitalExperience using a landing-page builder to create mobile-responsive pages. HubSpot experience is ideal.Proactive communicationThe ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCanva experience may be helpful, but Canva alone is not sufficient for this position.Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a significant bonus.Availability expectations:Approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with a maximum of 100 hours per monthAvailability for our daily 30-minute meeting at 12 p.m. Eastern Time, plus occasional additional meetings scheduled between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time.Same-business-day acknowledgment of requestsFlexibility to support occasional short-turnaround projectsThis is a freelance contractor position.
