We are scaling rapidly, with performance creative at the heart of our growth.The role 💛We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, focused primarily on packaging (first 3 months).Over time, and if needed, you will also work with our designers and Creative Strategists to turn briefs and ideas into scroll-stopping ads for Meta and other paid channels. We create and test a high volume of creatives, so you should be comfortable designing fast, iterating on winners, and using performance insights to improve your work.We are initially hiring on a freelance basis, with the possibility to move into a full-time contract if the collaboration works well for both sides.What you will own 😎Designing static ads for Meta and other paid social channelsTurning creative briefs into strong visual executionsCreating new concepts and variations of winning adsDesigning product, promotional, testimonial, comparison, and other ad formatsEditing and manipulating product photography and visual assetsWorking with Creative Strategists to iterate based on ad performanceProducing creatives consistently at high volumeWhat you bring 💪Strong graphic design skills and a strong portfolioExcellent understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchyExperience with packaging designProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar toolsStrong image editing and manipulation skillsAbility to work fast and handle multiple briefs simultaneouslyComfortable receiving feedback and iterating quicklyFluent in EnglishExperience with paid social, eCommerce, or DTC is a strong plusThis role is not for you ifYou prefer slow design projects with long timelinesYou struggle with high-volume creative outputYou care about aesthetics but aren't interested in performanceYou don't enjoy feedback and frequent iterationWhat we offerWork in a young, ambitious, international teamA freelance role within a fast-growing international DTC brandHigh creative output with lots of room to experimentDirect exposure to performance data and what makes ads workPossibility to move into a full-time contractModern office at Strijp-S, EindhovenHow to applySend us your portfolio, freelance rate, experience with (packaging) design and a short introduction.
